(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 160. Criminal penalties. An entity who is found to have violated a provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense, the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
