(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 120. Rehearing on order of Secretary. Whenever the Secretary is satisfied that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation or suspension of a license or refusal to issue or renew a license, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or another Board.
