(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 33. Violation of Act; unlawful practice. The advertising, offering for sale, sale, or distribution of hearing instrument goods and services to consumers by any person in violation of any of the provisions of this Act is an unlawful practice pursuant to Section 2Z of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
