sale, or to sell or give away for use in trade or commerce, or to use in trade or commerce, any weight or measure or weighing or measuring device of a type not approved in accordance with the provisions of this Act, except that if the type of a weight or measure or weighing or measuring device is intended for shipment outside the State of Illinois, no approval of type is necessary.
