Illinois Code § 225 ILCS 459/120

Restoration of suspended or revoked registration.

At any time after the successful completion of a term of suspension or revocation of a registration, the Department may restore it to the registrant, upon the written recommendation of the hearing officer, unless after an investigation and a hearing the Secretary determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
