(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 15-60. Cease and desist orders. The Department may issue cease and desist orders to persons who engage in activities prohibited by this Act. Any person in violation of a cease and desist order issued by the Department is subject to all of the penalties provided by law.
