(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 20-105. Waiver of rights for failure to comply. The failure of an aggrieved person to comply with this Act relating to the Real Estate Recovery Fund shall constitute a waiver of any rights under Sections 20-85 and 20-90 of this Act.
