(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 15-55. No subagency. A broker is not considered to be a subagent of a client of another broker solely by reason of membership or other affiliation by the brokers in a multiple listing service or other similar information source, and an offer of subagency may not be made through a multiple listing service or other similar information source.
