(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 170. Order or certified copy; prima facie proof. An order of revocation, suspension, placing the license on probationary status, or other formal disciplinary action as the Department may deem proper, or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, is prima facie proof that: (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (3) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act. the Secretary; and to act.
