(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 135. Record of proceedings; transcript. The Commission, at its expense, shall preserve a record of all proceedings at any formal hearing of any case. The notice of hearing, complaint, and all other documents in the nature of pleadings and written motions filed in the proceedings, the transcript of testimony, the report of the Board, the report of the hearing officer, and the orders of the Commission shall be the record of the proceedings.
