(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 10-5. Standards of practice. All persons licensed under this Act must comply with standards of professional home inspection adopted by the Department and established by rule. The Department may consider nationally recognized standards and codes prior to adopting the rules for the standards of practice.
