(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032) Sec. 145. Record of proceeding. The Commission, at its expense, shall preserve a record of all proceedings at the formal hearing of any case. The notice of hearing, complaint and all other documents in the nature of pleadings and written motions filed in the proceedings, the transcript of testimony, and orders of the Commission shall be in the record of the proceedings.
