(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032) Sec. 115. Deposit of fees and fines. All of the fees and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the Transportation Regulatory Fund and, subject to appropriation, may be used by the Commission for the administration of this Act.
