(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 160. Penalties. A person who is found to have knowingly violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
