(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 100. Required testimony. Upon application of the Department or its designee, or of the person against whom proceedings pursuant to Section 75 of this Act are pending, any circuit court may order the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of relevant documents, paper, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
