Sec. 10-50. 
Dissolution. 
Where any licensed cemetery authority or any trustee thereof seeks dissolution in any manner, by resolution of such cemetery authority, or the trustees thereof, notice shall be given to the Department of such intention to dissolve. The Department, represented by the Attorney General, may apply to the circuit court for the appointment of a receiver or for directions of such court as to the proper continued operation of the cemetery.
