(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 20-110. Cease and desist orders. The Department may issue a cease and desist order to a person who engages in activities prohibited by this Act. Any person in violation of a cease and desist order issued by the Department is subject to all of the penalties provided by law.
