(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 20-105. No private right of action. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Act, nothing in this Act shall be construed to grant to any person a private right of action to enforce the provisions of this Act or the rules adopted under this Act.
