(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 70. Records of proceeding. The Department, at its expense, shall preserve a record of all proceedings at the formal hearing of any case. The notice of hearing, complaint, and all other documents in the nature of pleadings, written motions filed in the proceedings, transcripts of testimony, reports of the Board and orders of the Department shall be in the record of the proceedings.
