(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 29. Deposit of fees and fines; appropriations. All fees and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund. All moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Department of Professional Regulation, as appropriated, for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department.
