(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 21. Grandfather provision. A person who, on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly, was certified by his or her employer as serving as a sanitarian or environmental health practitioner in environmental health practice in this State may be issued a license as an environmental health practitioner in training upon filing an application by July 1, 2003 and paying the required fees.
