Sec. 105.
Restoration of suspended or revoked license.
At any time after
the suspension or revocation of any license, the Department may restore the
license to the accused person upon the written recommendation of the Board,
unless after an investigation and a hearing the Board determines that
restoration is not in the public interest. No person whose license has been revoked as authorized in this Act may apply for restoration of that license until such time as provided for in the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.

A license that has been suspended or revoked shall be considered nonrenewed for purposes of restoration and a person restoring his or her license from suspension or revocation must comply with the requirements for restoration of a nonrenewed license as set forth in Section 27 of this Act and any related rules adopted.
