(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031) Sec. 9.3. Attendance of witnesses; contempt. Any circuit court may, upon application of the Department or its designee or of the applicant or licensee against whom proceedings are pending, order the attendance and testimony of witnesses, and the production of relevant documents, papers, files, books and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
