(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031) Sec. 11.8. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license or licenses or credential or credentials to the Department. If the licensee or qualifying party fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license or credential.
