(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 17. Surveyor intern; supervision. It is unlawful for any surveyor intern licensed under this Act to practice or attempt to practice land surveying except when in responsible charge under the overall supervision of a professional land surveyor.
