(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 67. Fire Prevention Fund. All fees and fines received by the Administrator under this Act shall be deposited into the Fire Prevention Fund. All fees and fines deposited pursuant to this Section shall be used for the duties and administration of this Act.
