(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 27. Filing registration or diploma of another. Any person filing, or attempting to file, as his own the diploma or registration of another, or a forged affidavit of identification or qualification, is guilty of a Class 3 felony, and upon conviction is subject to such fine and imprisonment as is made and provided by the statutes of this State for the crime of forgery.
