(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 22. Revocation orders. An order of revocation, suspension, placement on probationary status, or other formal disciplinary action as the Department may deem proper, or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Director of the Department is prima facie proof that: (a) such signature is the genuine signature of the Director; (b) the Director is duly appointed and qualified; and (c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified.
