Sec. 22. 

Revocation orders. 

An order of revocation, suspension,
placement on probationary status, or other formal disciplinary action as the
Department may deem proper, or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of
the Department and purporting to be signed by the Director of the
Department is prima facie proof that:

 
 
(a) such signature is the genuine signature of the 
 
Director;

 
 
(b) the Director is duly appointed and qualified; and

 
 
(c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified.
