(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 65. Expiration and renewal dates. The expiration date and renewal period for each license issued under this Act shall be set by rule. As a condition for renewal of a license, the licensee shall be required to complete continuing education in dietetics or nutrition services in accordance with rules established by the Department.
