(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 130. Order for rehearing. Whenever the Secretary is not satisfied that substantial justice has been done in the revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew a license the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other hearing officers.
