Sec. 3.18. 
"Planned use inspection" means an inspection of a certified
or non-certified technician to observe the procedures for preparation,
application, and disposal of pesticides to ensure that they are performed in
accordance with this Act, the Illinois Pesticide Act, the
Environmental Protection Act, the rules and regulations of
the Illinois Pollution Control Board, and other applicable State law.
