(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2029) Sec. 3.03. "Person" means any individual, group of individuals, association, trust, partnership, corporation, person doing business under an assumed name, the State of Illinois, or department thereof, any other state-owned and operated institution, public school, licensed day care center, or any other entity.
