(a) Applicants shall undergo examinations provided or approved by the Agency for the purpose of determining if the applicants can demonstrate a practical working knowledge of the design, operation, and maintenance of sanitary landfills. No certificate shall be issued prior to successful completion of the applicable examination. (b) Examinations conducted or approved by the Agency shall be held not less frequently than annually. The Agency shall maintain on its website information regarding the examinations.
