(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 110. Surrender of license. Upon the suspension or revocation of a license issued under this Act, a licensee shall surrender the license to the State Fire Marshal and, upon failure to do so, the State Fire Marshal shall seize the same.
