(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 45. License; out-of-state registration. The Board shall promulgate rules for licensure for applicants who are registered under the laws of another state. Applicants may be licensed under this Act without examination, upon payment of the required fee, if the requirements for registration are substantially equal to the requirements in force in this State and that the state, territory, or country has similar rules for licensure.
