(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 35. Violations. Unless as otherwise specified, any person found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
