Sec. 32. 
Summary suspension of a license. 
The Secretary may summarily suspend the license of a licensed clinical social worker or licensed social worker without a hearing simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in this Act if the Secretary finds that evidence in the Secretary's possession indicates that a licensee's continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public. In the event the Secretary summarily suspends such license without a hearing, a hearing by the Board or Department shall be held within 30 calendar days after the suspension has occurred.
