(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 190. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license certificate to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license certificate.
