(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 160. Criminal penalties. A person who is found to have knowingly violated Section 35 of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for a first offense and is guilty of a Class 4 felony for a second or subsequent offense.
