Sec. 90. 
Fees; deposit of fees and fines. 

 
(a) The Department shall provide by rule for a schedule of fees to be paid for licenses by applicants. All fees are nonrefundable.

 
(b) The fees for the administration and enforcement of the Act, including but not limited to original licensure, renewal, and restoration shall be set by rule by the Department. 
 
(c) All fees and fines collected as authorized under this Act shall be deposited into the
General Professions Dedicated Fund. The monies deposited into the Fund shall
be appropriated to the Department for expenses of the Department in the
administration of this Act.
