(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 155. Temporary suspension of license; hearing. The Secretary may temporarily suspend licensure as a wholesale drug distributor or third-party logistics provider, without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 85 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in his or her possession indicates that a continuation in business would constitute an imminent danger to the public. In the event that the Secretary temporarily suspends a license or certificate without a hearing, a hearing by the Department must be held within 10 days after the suspension has occurred and be concluded without appreciable delay.
