(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 120. Rehearing by order of Secretary. Whenever the Secretary is satisfied that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew a license or registration, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same hearing office or Board.
