(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 30. Filing license or diploma of another. Any person filing, or attempting to file as his or her own, the diploma or license of another, or a forged affidavit of identification or qualification, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 felony, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to such fine and imprisonment as is made and provided by the statutes of this State for the crime of forgery.
