(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 20. Attendance of witnesses, production of documents. Any circuit court, upon the application of the Department or designated hearing officer, may enter an order requiring the attendance of witnesses and their testimony and the production of documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
