(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031) Sec. 135. Secretary; rehearing. Whenever the Secretary believes that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation, suspension, refusal to issue or renew a license, or any other discipline of an applicant or licensee, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other hearing officers.
