(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 17.9. Summary suspension of a license. The Secretary may summarily suspend a license without a hearing if the Secretary finds that evidence in the Secretary's possession indicates that the continuation of practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public, participants, including any professional contest officials, or the individual involved or cause harm to the profession.
