option services for the sole purpose of adoption. The child shall not be under the custody or guardianship of the Department pursuant to the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Such adoption-only home shall not be required to be licensed as a child care facility under this Act, but shall be required to meet the requirements set forth in Section 3.2 of this Act.
