(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 13-303.5. Injunctive relief. If, after a hearing, the Commission determines that a telecommunications carrier has violated this Act or a Commission order or rule, any telecommunications carrier adversely affected by the violation may seek injunctive relief in circuit court.
