Sec. 13-213. 
"Hearing-aid compatible telephone" means a telephone so equipped that it can activate an inductive coupling hearing-aid or which will provide an alternative technology that provides equally effective telephone service and which will provide equipment necessary for the hearing impaired to use generally available telecommunications services effectively or without assistance.
