Illinois Code § 220 ILCS 10/16

Corporation to be nonpartisan.

The corporation may not sponsor,
endorse or otherwise support, nor may it oppose any political party or the
candidacy of any person for public office. The corporation and its
directors and employees may not in their official capacities make
statements which are intended to influence elections.
